At 6’1″ and 284 pounds, Marley Cook is an interior pass rush specialist. Over the past two seasons at Middle Tennessee State, he recorded 15.5 tackles for loss and 7.5 sacks. Cook’s addition gives Miami defensive coordinator Lance Guidry greater versatility on the defensive line.

The additions of Barrow, Clark, and Cook are expected to adequately replace Harrison-Hunte’s production. Miami also returns Joshua Horton and Ahmad Moten on the defensive line, and five-star freshman Justin Scott is anticipated to compete for snaps at defensive tackle.
