Miami Hurricanes on the verge of signing another veteran WR
After signing three four-star wide receivers in the 2024 class, the Miami football program is on the verge of adding another elite group in 2025.
The Miami football program has signed four-star wide receivers Ny Carr, Chance Robinson, and Joshisa Trader for the 2024 class. Carr and Trader were among the top hundred. Miami is on the verge of signing another elite group of receivers in 2025.
Several wide receivers are expected to commit to Miami in the 2025 class, according to various recruiting websites. Expect Miami to add three to four wide receivers in the 2025 class. Some of those wide receivers appear to be a higher priority for Miami than others.
Two wide receiver prospects to keep an eye on are former Alabama commit Jamie Ffrench, who is considering Ohio State, and Oregon commit Dallas Wilson. French, from Jacksonville, and Wilson, from Tampa, could choose to remain in the state and play for Miami.
If Miami misses out on French and Wilson, they could still sign an elite WR class with the prospects projected by the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. Other sites, such as 247Sports, provide varying projections.
Keeping local players at home is critical to Miami’s building success. According to the On3 industry rankings, Mills is the highest-rated wide receiver trending to Miami. Mills is the 123rd prospect, 13th wide receiver, and 15th recruit in Florida for the 2025 class, according to On3. According to On3, Miami has a 43.3 percent chance of securing Mills’ commitment.
